Crockpot Cooking with Rocco

First, check the time.
For the record, this was 5:57am just before I left for work this morning.

Arrange your ingredients in the crockpot, paying special attention to the large dog eyeing up the corned beef and cabbage.
Photobucket

Place your crockpot on a safe surface. Again, paying special attention to the dog watching the crock pot.
Photobucket

Put the crock pot on low setting for 8-10 hours, then MOVE the crockpot as far away from the large dog as possible.
Photobucket

Begin to assemble your crockpot diversions.
In this case, I used dishes.
Photobucket

Then stack the baby gates.
Here is the first one.
Photobucket

Then a second baby gate to secure the first baby gate, as the large dog is afraid of baby gates.
Photobucket

Finish securing the crock pot with (2) 30-lb bags of dog food at each end of the table, paying special attention to the large dog looking at the crockpot diversions.
Photobucket

Step back to admire your handiwork, only to discover that you were in fact NOT paying special attention to the large dog, who has now taken the empty corned beef wrapper off the counter.

Finally, go to work and spend the day praying that the large dog stays away from crock pot and behaves himself today.

Well how did it go? Did you have dinner when you got home or did the dogs get to it first?
